Screen Sharing Crash in Catalina

Since Mojave, macOS comes with a built-in Screen Sharing app, which allowed remote macOS share/control over internet without using third-party apps. But, after upgrading to Catalina, this app won’t launch anymore:
It’s funny that the error message says “Check with the developer”, which is Apple themselves…
